I echo all the 5-star reviews – Stephen was wonderful. He showed up within hours of when I called, clearly explained… everything that needed to be done and had my mom’s old, antiquated A/C unit running within no time. He very easily could have tried to sell me on a new unit but respected my request to get the old unit working for the time being. I will definitely give him a call when I’m ready to replace the A/C system come fall.read more

I’m just writing this review because I’m really happy with the work that Stephen and his company did. The old AC unit… in my house was in bad shape and I had to make some tough, expensive decisions. Stephen spent a lot of time on the phone with me weighing the options. He never pressured me or seemed bothered by my many questions.In the end, I have a new system in place and it’s working well. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant and we have two toddlers at home. My home warranty couldn’t send anyone out until Monday… morning to fix our AC, which stopped cooling Saturday night. I called 15 companies and this was the only one willing to come out ASAP and at least try to work with my warranty.I am so thankful for these guys! So my home AC unit has been making some weird noises for a while now. Just like most people I kept brushing it off… knowing that I needed a new unit, and would be forking over a lot of $$$ to get one replaced. I came across Greenwood Air while doing a Google search and saw all the positive reviews they have received so I gave them a call. Right off the bat, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the next morning and diagnose the problem for me. Sure enough, I needed to replace the unit I had. Greenwood Air provided me a quote that was a no-brainer so I had them replace the unit. When they arrived the following day they were on time, extremely friendly, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving the job. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Our A/C went out. I called this company and was told that he could get there tomorrow “hopefully”. After a minute or 2 … he said we’ll be there first thing in the morning!1 I was so happy, they decided to come here 1st thing in the morning, he didn’t want us going thru the day with no A/C!!! 7:30 AM he was here and fixed it all up within minutes. Absolutely amazing! As a real estate agent for 20 years I’ve dealt with a lot of a/c companies, some good, some bad.… Greenwood Air is absolutely amazing! They have been to my house for 3 separate issues in the last year, 2 a/c problems and 1 heater problem. Each time they fixed the problem on the first trip. They are honest, knowledgeable and more than fair on their pricing. I only give 5 stars to companies that exceed my expectations. I would give 6 stars to Greenwood Air if I could. We reached out to Greenwood Air to fix our AC because it was continuously shutting off during the middle of the… afternoon and didn’t want to turn back on. We were looking for a small family-owned company with a strong work ethic that looks out for the customer and knows their stuff. Greenwood Air fixed our system after the technician from the home warranty company made our system even worse. Even after the repair is complete, they follow up every day to check on the repair and to make sure the original problem hasn’t returned. We are planning to use Greenwood Air for all our future HVAC needs and we feel very relieved to have a contractor that we can trust to keep us up and running!read more

Greenwood Air was excellent and I could not recommend them enough! Our AC unit went out and we waited on a different… company to respond for over three hours, but never got a call back. We called Greenwood Air at 8PM, and Leigh was at our house in under thirty minutes. Our air conditioning was fixed in the next thirty and we will be able to sleep well tonight. i have home warranty and greenwood was assigned to me i finally got approved by the home warranty but after i went… outside i noticed cables sticking out of the unit and the plastic cover cap was broken i call the guy and his response was the insurance approved for a cheap motor and the cap it was just a cap sir even if it was just a cap its not ok he didn’t even told me anything so now a have to pay out of pocket for someone to come and finish his job properly i wont recommend this company he could avoid of breaking the cap but for him it’s just a cap for me is money i have to pay to replace it poor service and poor qualityread more

Stephan and Leigh did a fantastic job to fix my a/c issues. Another company quoted around $4K to address the problems… that I had. But I went for a second opinion and found these two trustworthy guys. They were able to fix the issue without replacing any existing parts. I’ll be their lifetime customer moving on and will also recommend to my friends in need. Their quote is very nominal and they won’t add any unnecessary additional stuff to jack up the price.
